Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely and free on all orders over $50.
International order ships almost exclusively with UPS unless more suitable options are available.
Once shipped, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 7 - 20 days depending on the shipping carrier and your product. Some products are contingent on hand signatures and certificates.
How do I return a product?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging and in the same condition. Please reach out to us at info@stefanjohansson.com and we will make sure to help you.
What happens if my product is damaged during freight?

Can I order other sizes of the prints than the ones listed?
We can definitely accommodate custom requests. Please send us an email at info@stefanjohansson.com, specify what you are looking for and we will get back to you with a quote.
How long will it take before I get my order?
All limited edition orders are made on-demand and locally here in Southern California with a Certificated of Authenticity signed by Stefan Johansson himself. Therefore you should expect about a week processing time before we ship it out to you. But don't be surprised if we are quicker than that!
Can I purchase original art from Stefan Johansson through the website?
If you are interested in purchasing any of the original pieces listed on the website, please click at pricing inquiry next to the painting you are interested in, fill it out and we will get back to you.
What warranty do you offer?
If you need to make a claim regarding your product please use info@stefanjohansson.com and we will make sure to evaluate and .help you, we take a lot of pride in customer service. If our products do not hold up to normal wear and tear, we will replace it for you.
Duties on international orders?
Our art prints are shipped from California. If your shipping address is outside the US there is a possibility you will be charged with a custom and handling fee by your local customs office. Please note that Stefan Johansson Växjo does not have any control over these charges. Please reach out to us or your local customs office if you have any questions.
